I am a detail-oriented system administrator with 7+ years of experience managing IT systems, developing internal tools, & leading technical teams. I have a strong background in Windows & Linux environments, endpoint management, & server maintenance.
I am also an experienced course instructor, serving as a teaching assistant for undergraduate & graduate level courses. I am now on my second year of leading my own class at an undergraduate level, as well.
Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in industrial engineering at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. My research interests include operations research, quantum computing, & quantum optimization.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Senior System Administrator

- Created and maintained Windows computer images using Clonezilla for 200+ lab machines
- Administered license and data servers via VMware, monitored through Nagios system checks
